I had a good idea about running a children’s
flower drawing competition in the garden. I’m
going to have a kiddies table and chairs set up with
paper and pens (weather permitting) and there’ll
be a prize at the end of the festival for the most beautiful
flower drawing.
My final concern is that the tulips won’t last
the festival. They look beautiful now but in two weeks
time it may be more apt to be called ‘the absent
tulip house’.
Then I had an even worse thought… what if no one
comes???
But I can’t think about that, I have too much
to do!
