I am one the three members of Radiator, with Rod Lee and Andy Hampson. The three of us met after the first Hanover Community Centre Open House exhibition in 2003. We collaborate on pieces about the redevelopment vs. history of local areas.
I run The Library of the Sphinx website, devoted to futile musings on unwritten books.
And I manage all this without training, insight, qualifications, respect or embarrassment. As such the world of ‘art’ is an educational playground for me. It is a chance to lie; to ponder what may not yet exist, to make it up as you go along. I like to do these things because it’s better than taking an interest in sport, dwelling on the human condition, subjecting oneself to reality TV or binge drinking.
Though it doesn’t preclude any of that unfortunately...
